    In germany there are a lot of data regulations. If a person want you to delete all their data it is law, that you have to delete everything. At the moment its not possible to delete contacts, just archive. Easy solution: just add a option to delete the leads.

  13. Sequence Doesn't Stop on Reply for Automatic Out of Office Emails

    When running an email sequence, the sequence will stop when a lead has an automatic reply that says their out of office. If the developers could add a feature that detects when their is an automatic response from a lead and detect keywords if it says Out Of Office, and if so, have AI analyze when it says they will be back in the office to start the next step in the sequence then.

    Eventually you will need to remove some old and personal data for compliance & housekeeping, so better to have ability to delete lists after archiving, also in such cases of mistaken uploads or any other reason.

  15. Highlight Spam Words in Spam Checker

    While writing an email to create a template, the spam check very nicely looks for spam words. It would be better if it highlighted those words in the email, possibly color coded to match the description on the side bar. This would make it a much more time efficient process to find and change them.
