October was a big month. We shipped smarter AI, a rebuilt warmup engine, and a wave of improvements across the platform.

What's New?

🌴 Out-of-office rescheduling: When a lead sends an out-of-office reply, SalesBlink finds their return date and moves the next follow-up to after they're back. AI works out dates that are unclear.

🧠 Business Profile: Under AI Settings, add your industries, value proposition, call-to-action presets and guardrails (e.g. "Never quote pricing", "Keep emails under 60 words"). AI-written emails, templates and replies follow them.

🤖 Smarter AI Reply Agent: Refined prompts make replies sharper, and replies stay in the original thread.

🔥 Warmup rebuilt:

Sends are spread across each sender's day

Daily limits reset at the sender's local midnight

Conversations are threaded on Gmail, Outlook and SMTP

Ramp-up adapts to spam placement

Senders are paired more intelligently across workspaces and domains

💬 ChatGPT and Perplexity connectors: Connect via https://mcp.salesblink.io/mcp and sign in with your SalesBlink account, no API key needed. Then build lists, launch sequences, check replies and pull stats in plain language.

⚠️ Sender overlap warnings: SalesBlink flags senders already used in other active sequences, names those sequences, and offers Launch anyway or Change senders.

📥 New download dialog: Choose current filters, active, archived or all leads, plus the current column view or all columns, with a live lead count.

📄 Richer CSV exports: CSVs include Archived, Starred, Verification Status, Confidence Score, Created Date, Last Modified and List Name. Large lists download smoothly through secure links.

🔍 Active filter chips: Chips with remove (×) and Clear all on Lists, Leads, Sequences, Templates, Email Senders, Tasks, Inbox Placement Test and Reports.

🗂️ Column views: Clearer names, a confirmation before deleting, and filters and views remembered per list.

🗑️ Select all → Delete for archived leads: Covers every archived lead matching your filters, with the full total and a preview.

🧾 Invoice details: Add your company name, address and tax ID (VAT, GST, EIN and more) in Billing → Card. They appear on every new invoice. You can also update your card, or remove it when nothing is set to renew.
