Change Warmup Tag

Some email providers I've tested salesblink with have the word "hotblink" on their spam filter list, resulting in inboxes/domains being flagged prematurely. Please allow us the option to change the Warmup tag to another keyword or combination of letters/numbers in order to reduce likelihood of blacklisting. For reference, Instantly is able to do this as part of their warmup settings.
